We understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary, and we have established a clear Cancellation Policy to avoid any ambiguity and ensure that our customers are aware of their responsibilities.
Please read the Cancellation Policies described below carefully before booking or canceling your service, day tour or package.
Full Payment Cancellation Policy
If customers pay the full amount for a service, day tour or package immediately and decide to withdraw and cancel the reservation for any reason, no refund will be given for that service, day tour or package.
Group Booking Cancellation Policy
If a group of more than two people book a service, day tour or package and any member of the group cancels his/her reservation for any reason, the price of the service, day tour or package will be recalculated based on the final number of guests. No refund will be issued to customers who have canceled their attendance.
Deposit Cancellation Policy
If customers pay a deposit for a service, day tour or package and decide to withdraw and cancel the reservation for any reason before departure, he/she will be charged the following percentage of the participation shares, calculated on how many days before departure he/she has requested the cancellation. This functions as a penalty fee independent from the deposit.

Teatro del Silenzio Concert Packages
Customers who wish to purchase Bocelli Teatro Del Silenzio packages or services should be aware that in the event of a concert cancellation, no refunds will be provided for other services included in the package (such as transfer, accommodation, touring and restaurant services), as they will be provided by Great Italy Tour as planned during the booking process.
The Teatro Del Silenzio concert tickets are non-refundable if the ticket holder fails to show up or if the concert is canceled due to adverse weather conditions or other situations that may affect the artists, staff, or audience. We cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of cancellation prior to the event date. If the concert is postponed due to adverse weather conditions or other situations affecting the artists, staff, or audience, the Teatro del Silenzio show may be rescheduled on a date determined by the event organizer, and ticket refunds will not be available.
For all packages ending on the day of the concert or the day after, if the concert is postponed to the following day, any additional costs for food, accommodation and transfer will be borne by the customer.
